Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 Branch Brook Park Fest. Location Essex County Branch Brook Park in Prudential Concert Grove (in front of lions) 9 AM Vendor setup begins, we encourage everyone to arrive by 9:30 AM 11 AM Festival begins (setup must be complete by 10:30 AM. Vehicles such as cars, trucks, and golf carts may not drive thru the festival during operating hours. In addition, vehicles may not park on the lawn. 5 PM Event ends and breakdown begins 6 PM Prudential Concert Grove must be cleared of all event activity We encourage everyone to bring their own tables and chairs; however, if you do not have one then a chair and table may be requested in advance. Tents are NOT provided but we encourage you to bring one. All approved vendors are required to maintain cleanliness of their location throughout the event. By confirming your attendance you agree to your photo and video being captured the day of the event, for future festival promotional purposes.
